Refund and Returns Policy
At Teakline SDN BHD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not fully satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused and in the original condition
- Have all tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or show signs of wear may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping
For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (your choice)
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible items and are subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may qualify for a full refund or replacement.

- Products with altered or missing parts
- Items returned after the allowed return period
